Silent Auction and Founders’ Barrel Auction bidding is all mobile, so anyone can bid from anywhere! Miracle Auction is a seated, live auction, requiring people to be present. Yes, all attendees must be a registered guest, and check in at the registration tent when they arrive. There are not single ticket sales available at the entrance.

Bidding virtually?

1. Navigate to www.theoregonwineexperience.com
2. Click “2023 Silent Auction”
3. Select the black GET STARTED button
4. If you already have a Greater Giving account, type in your Username and Password and select the LOG IN button
   • If you forgot your password, click on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link under the LOG IN button
5. If you do not have a login for Greater Giving, select the green CREATE ACCOUNT button
6. Type in your email and reenter it in the Confirm Email section
7. Select the box next to “I am not a robot”
8. Select the green CONFIRM button
9. A password link will be sent to your email
10. Open the email and select the link
11. Create a password for your account
12. Enter all your contact information, along with your credit card
13. IMPORTANT: Enter your cell phone number to receive text message alerts when the auction opens and updates about your favorite auction items

There will be a shuttle service for guests on Sunday for Grand Tasting—the largest event of the week. This shuttle service is provided by Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and will run every 15 minutes, from 1:30 to 6 p.m.

Trolley pick-up and drop-off services will be established between the main entrance to the OWE site along Stage Pass Road and the trolley stop along West C Street in downtown Jacksonville next to the Visitor Center and adjacent public parking lot.

You must be a registered guest to use this service and attend Grand Tasting.  

Yes, our venue has a large parking area. Follow signs to the “OWE Main Entrance” along South Stage Road, which is the driveway closest to the DANCIN Vineyards entrance. We do recommend carpooling or ridesharing services when possible.

Resort attire is recommended—think dresses, dress shorts and button ups. Miracle Auction is a little more upscale, as it’s a seated dinner, program and live auction, followed by dancing! The tent sits on a field, so for anyone who chooses to wear heels, we recommend a wedge or thick-heel shoe (no spikes) for your safety and comfort.

The Silent Auction opens at noon on August 16 and closes at 8 p.m. on Sunday, August 20. 

Founders’ Barrel Auction opens on August 17 at noon. Every wine is now associated with a specific lot and closing time. Lot 1, Lot 2 and Library Lane will close on August 18 at 8:30 p.m. Lot 3 and Lot 4 will close on August 18 at 8:45 p.m.
